Legit Cores uses authorized marketplace and operational data to support automotive-electronics receiving, identification, valuation, inventory, and commercial intelligence.

Business inquiries

When you submit a contact form, partner application, or inventory list, we store the details you provide to review and respond to your business inquiry. These may include your name, company, contact details, and inventory information. Our public forms use cookies for form security and submission confirmation.

Information we process

When an authorized eBay seller connects an account, Legit Cores may process seller-authorized listing, inventory, offer, order, fulfillment, SKU, item, price, quantity, timestamp, and related account-reference information permitted by the OAuth scopes granted by that seller. Legit Cores does not receive or store the seller's eBay password.

How we use information

Marketplace information is used to synchronize listing status, understand realized sales and listing age, match automotive component identities, improve valuation evidence, support inventory decisions, and maintain operational records.

Storage and security

Production application data is stored in access-controlled systems. Marketplace authorization credentials are treated as secrets. Refresh tokens obtained through the Legit Cores eBay connection flow are encrypted at rest and used only to obtain access tokens for authorized API requests.

Marketplace account deletion

Legit Cores maintains an eBay Marketplace Account Deletion notification endpoint and processes applicable deletion requests in accordance with eBay requirements and applicable retention obligations.

Access and disclosure

Legit Cores limits production-system access according to approved user roles. We do not sell eBay account credentials. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers used to operate the Legit Cores platform and as required by law or marketplace obligations.
